The site offers short-term luxury property rental services. These General Terms and Conditions of Use (T&C) govern the use of the site and its associated services.
Article 2: Services and Reservations
Nestor Hospitality offers various services including property rental, concierge service, car rental, cleaning, pet services, and others.
Reservations are confirmed subject to availability and in accordance with the details provided on the site.
Article 3: Payments, Reservations, and Cancellations
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least one week before arrival.
In case of cancellation, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Details regarding payment methods, security deposits, taxes, and other applicable fees will be specified at the time of reservation.
Article 4: Use of the Properties
Clients commit to using the rented properties responsibly and in accordance with communicated rules.
Specific restrictions, such as smoking bans or pet rules, will be specified.
Article 5: Security and Confidentiality
Nestor Hospitality is committed to protecting the security of its clients and the confidentiality of their data.
Terms of use for security systems will be provided to clients.
Article 6: Limitation of Liability
Nestor Hospitality is not liable for damages caused by clients or losses incurred by clients during their stay, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional fault on the part of Nestor Hospitality.
Clients may be held responsible for damages caused to properties or equipment.
Article 7: Force Majeure
Nestor Hospitality will not be held responsible for the non-performance or late execution of reservations and services in cases of force majeure or events beyond its control.
Article 8: Modifications to the T&C
Nestor Hospitality reserves the right to modify these T&C. Changes will be effective immediately upon their publication on the site.
Article 9: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by Belgian law.
Any dispute relating to these T&C will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
